This policy explains what ShopInPH collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers the marketplace itself. Each shop you buy from is a separate business and keeps its own record of its orders with you.
When you sign in, we store your email address and, if you give it, your name. That is your single ShopInPH identity across every shop in the marketplace.
When you use a shop, that shop records its own order and contact details for you, exactly as any business keeps its customer records. That record belongs to the shop, not to us, and no other shop can see it.
We keep basic, non-identifying usage counts (searches run, pages viewed) to understand what the marketplace needs. We do not build advertising profiles.
To recognise you across shops so you do not sign in twice, to show you the shops you have used, and to send ShopInPH updates only if you have asked for them.
We never sell your data, and one shop is never given access to another shop's customers. That separation is built into the platform, not just promised here.
You can sign out on any device from your account page, which forgets you on that browser. You can turn ShopInPH updates on or off there at any time.
To have your ShopInPH identity deleted, or to ask what we hold, write to hello@shopinph.com. Deleting your identity does not erase a shop's own record of orders you placed with that shop, which the shop keeps as its business records.
