These terms cover your use of the ShopInPH marketplace. Every purchase is a contract between you and the shop you buy from. ShopInPH is the marketplace that connects you; it is not the seller.
ShopInPH lists independent Port Harcourt businesses and lets you find and reach them. We charge shops a flat subscription and take zero commission on their sales. We do not set their prices, hold their stock, or fulfil their orders.
Each shop is responsible for its own listings, prices, availability and delivery. Where a listing is wrong, the shop is the party that can correct it.
Keep your sign-in to yourself and sign out on shared devices. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse, or anything unlawful.
A sale is an agreement between you and the shop. Questions about an order, a product, a delivery or a refund are settled with that shop first. We will help where we can, but we are not a party to the sale.
Payments made online are handled by our payments partner. We never see or store your full card details.
We provide the marketplace as is and work to keep it available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, ShopInPH is not liable for a shop's goods, services, or conduct.
Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under Nigerian consumer law.
We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Reach us at hello@shopinph.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
